FNB Security guard threatened my life!

Pretoria street FNB atm, date 6th November 2017, time 19h05. I went to this atm this evening to deposit funds to my sister only to be hit by a 'Your deposit was unsuccessful' feedback with my money having gone through. I then called out to the security guard on duty to highlight that there's something wrong with that specific atm he needs to alert either Fnb or warn the people that they shouldn't deposit funds there since it is broken...the man started descending on me a lot of reprimands throwing gestures and talking a whole lot of things that had nothing to do with my problem I then asked him to please calm down and at least offer some assistance like a professional should; I asked for the fnb 24 helpline just so I could alert that my funds are stuck so I at least have a reference number when I go to the Fnb branch wuth the slip tomorrow. He kept on hailing a whole lot of muck about customers like me, then eventually directed me to the telephone line so I could make that phone call. I thanked him and proceeded to the phone. As people kept flooding in, I alerting the one man that 'there might be something wrong with that atm please don't make deposits on it'. That security guard resumed ranting insults at me telling me how I'm full of **** and shouldn't be telling people that the atm might be faulty...i responded by reminding him that that actually his job to do so...he kept charging insults at me i got fed up and told him to not talk to me that way. He kept escalating his voice, ranting insults at me. At the time, I was standing by telephone busy dialing numbers whilst his mouth was running all vulgarities and, and. I got fed up and told him 'le wena' which means you too....he then came to me with the aim of hitting me, the fellow Fnb customers stopped him. He kept fighting his way through to me so he could hit me...i dared him to, because I never did anything wrong. He's the that just kept throwing insults at me ever since I asked if he had the Fnb 24hour help line just so I could call and perhaps get a reference number for my peace of mind . He then called a Chubb security guard who also came to call Me to order...without even trying to hear my side of the story. I tried to explain that I'm not a threat there...there security guard is the one threatening me telling me how I won't make it out of that place well. He continued thus even in the Chubb guard's presence who didn't find anything wrong with the Fnb security guard's behavior. 1 policeman came in and intervened, calmly listened to both sides of the story and told the security guard that he was wrong to insult me and threaten me that way....the security guard kept screaming, saying I insulted him....i explained to the policeman that all i said was 'le wena' and the man wants to even beat me up for something he started by himself. He admitted to insulting and wanting to beat me up, explaining why he was indeed going to do it. First of all...i never uttered a single vulgar word to that security guard. What he expected from me was to gracefully and humbly welcome all his insults like a woman should...i told him that I'm not his wife he best forget that and learn to respect Fnb customers. The security guard didn't think so....kept going on about how he is the one in charge there.

So,this is the kind of service that what I used to call the best bank in ZA, gives to customers. I use that atm on a weekly basis, sending money home and to friends...today my life was threatened. In front of all those clients...the security guard was actually wanting to beat me up so bad. I'm disappointed at Fnb' s choice of personnel....their security guards are just angry for no reason, and they're the Gods who'll insult and beat women up and threaten them that they won't leave until they're dealt with. where on earth did YOU find that type of a person though? One who is supposed to be keeping and making the Fnb atm users feel safe, instead HE IS THE THREAT. Told me that i won't make it out of there until he's done with me?? I won't stop spreading the word until Fnb actually does something with that security guard who has the gall to insult people and want to beat them up when all they're asking for is some assistance. Instead of showing me the telephone, he took all the pleasure of descending on me with insults. I kept quiet, and thanked him for eventually showing me the phone. As if that wasn't enough, the man started another stream of insults on me only for telling the people not to deposit on that Atm since there was something amiss with it...even wanted to beat me up????
