FNB SECURITY BREACH
TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN
ON 18-1-2020 A TRANSACTION OF R593.16 WENT OFF THIS ACCOUNT WHICH I REPORTED IMMEDIATELY. THE CARD WAS IN MY POSSESSION ALL OF THE TIME. IT WAS NOT USED BY ME OR BY MY CHILD. THE CARD WAS STOPPED.
THE REFERENCE NUMBER IS : ***
NOBODY HAS REPORTED BACK TO ME EVER SINCE. PERSON TOLD ME THAT IT WOULD TAKE 5-7 WORKING DAYS.
I AM HOWEVER PLANNING TO CHANGE OVER TO ANOTHER BANK IF THIS IS THE WAY A SECURITY BREACH IS TREATED.
WHAT IF THIS HAPPENS TO MY OTHER ACCOUNTS?
I WILL GIVE YOU UNTIL WEDNESDAY 5 FEBRUARY TO RESPOND WITH AN ANSWER BEFORE I WILL MIGRATE.
REGARDS
DIAN VAN ZYL
