FNB Securities - No assistance in resolving month old problem

I have reported a problem which I have with my trading account on 8 March.

1. When I deposit money, it is not available to trade although it shows that it is available.

2. I have reported a problem with the order cancellation function. Once an order is cancelled, it does not disappear. In other words, the order stays active. Needless to say, a large amount of Sasol shares traded of which I now have made a massive loss due to the drop in share price. The order value can only be adjusted.

I have called the call centre a few times. I have sent them proof on other trades where this function is a problem. The call centre could not assist and escalate the problem to management. They would revert back to me. This has not been done!!!

After I called again to ask them to escalate the matter, they have confirmed that they have. Nothing from FNB. I have not received a call or e-mail from anyone. I have all the proof via e-mails as well.
