FNB securities bad service and no value for money in Private Client

Hi

I am so frustrated with FNB private client, the service is very much below par. I wanted to buy shares on their FNB securities department and my private banking couldn't even help me , in fact he has been MIA.

When I eventually did manage to get through to a trader I got told that I need a mandate to buy shares then got transferred to the admin department of FNB securities were I was just holding on the phone for a good 40min till my call got dropped.

I am not sure what happen now ? must I walk into a branch now in 2021 when FNB is the so called technologically leading bank. what a joke !!!
