FNB Securities A disappointment

I am current customer with FNB for a number of years now.I was offered an option for a sharebuilder account for which i took up on the 7th of April 2020. To my surprise the account didnt work when i wanted to transact. I called the contact number *** several times and was on hold for over 22mins and still no answer. I also utilised the so called premium bankers on the app, they could not assist but refer me back to that same number. I decided to change the option 2 on the number to option 1 for which was answered , again they could not help me but send me back to option 2.

My plan was to take a position in the market in the morning before 10am but well it didnt occur. What followed was devastating because the Sasol share went to reach 53% return from morning to end of day. Even as i write sasol is 11,3% up today and i still have not been assisted. That really for a bank that claims to provide convinience i am very disappointed.
