FNB SecureChat is useless

The machine manned SecureChat is the most useless platform ever recommended by the FNB. A few warm bodies working there are arrogantly indifferent and have unilaterally elevated themselves to a demigod status, they ended a chat without assistance. I have made a simple query at 08H30, till now no help. The complaints handling unit is equally useless, one complains now but gets told that the response would be made within 5 working days.
