FNB Secure Chat - what a waste of time and data

So I have send an email to FNBCard on 27/07/2023 and had no reply up to date.

I send another email this morning. This time I decided to use the secure chat available on the FNB app.

I was transferred to 5 different people and had to waste my data and holding for 20 minutes, of who the last person wanted to transfer me again. Still I have no outcome on my enquiry and the last person just told me sorry he/she cant get somebody to phone me back - I must call them.

Really poor service!!!!
