FNB SECURE CHAT , USELESS

So I made a phone call to FNB to try and understand some strange charges on my card. The robot that answered kept saying “ did you know you can use secure chat instead of calling us” l was on hold for 20 minutes then I thought maybe I should use secure chat as Mr Robots had suggested. So I sent a fist message in secure chat, and was number 7 in a Queue . Then I received a message saying my chat has been disconnected. This happened over 30 times. What is the use of secure chat if you just get disconnected high and low for no reason at all. FNB should really take us seriously. Even the call center humans pretend not to hear you if they don’t know how to handle your query. I’m so disappointed by such a big bank . This is not what I want from someone whom I trust with my money.
