FNB secure chat - the worst service portal, that could be so great.

Really slow unresponsive service portal. I kept on getting logged off waiting for someone to reply in spite of literally being the only customer on there given that I was told "All our Bankers are currently occupied. You are number 1 in the queue."!! besides which I do not appreciate repeatedly being spammed with useless generic messages that do not address my problem and then when asking for confirmation on the issue, receiving: "Thank you for your chat. We have had no further response from you, please contact us at a convenient time, when you can chat." ridiculous seriously. I have no idea if my issue was resolved.
