FNB secure chat SUCKS!!!

FNB secure chat is dysfunctional. Like with the previous times I tried the function it does not work properly. It takes sometimes more than 10 minutes to get a reply with no indication that attention is being paid to your message. Often the consultants reply takes so long that the chat function signs out while waiting.
