FNB SECURE CHAT - SERVICE OFFERINGS

I am trying to get information on a debt order that I have been paying for than a year. When I sought the assistance of FNB Secure Chat to assist with information as when the debit order i am paying first went off, they are able to assist me with this information. How can it be that I am unable to get this information from my Bank.
