Extremely disappointed with Secure Chat on FNB. The staff are unhelpful and keep being transfer, you need to continuously need to retype everything for the next person to tell you they cannot help you and they transfer you

I was transferred 4 times this morning, to the point I still do not have an answer to my question

What's going on FNB?
