FNB Secure Chat - Non-Existent Service is an understatement

I have now been transferred 13 times on your secure chat.

I ordered a new bank card in Dec which was never delivered and I was charged for it.

I then received a new message on the app, stating that my card will be delivered shortly but this has now been weeks.

FNB, your service is non-existent. If this isn't sorted today, I will cancel all my accounts and I've been a customer for over 30 years.

I've recently joined Discovery bank and what a breeze it's been.

FNB, right now, you are just one big frustration and a waste of time and energy.
