FNB Secure Chat, more like FNB putting you to sleep.

Dear FNB. It used to take me two minutes to inform you that I want to take my FNB Credit Card to Europe. Now it takes me the better part of 30 minutes. The so-called secure chat seems to be manned by one person, because you never know if they have received your message or not. Then you wait for ages, the FNB app logs out and then you pray you will get a message. Then they have the audacity to tell you, you better react to their message. Please get a system that is actually user friendly. Today I started 12:39 with a secure chat. It is now 12:53. latest message is "Mimi is still attending to your query." Now let me tell you, I don't mind technology and the use of technology. But there is no way that it can take them 30 minutes to note my dates of travel, my card number and my flight connections. 12:55 it is eventually finalised. I miss a capable voice in my ear that can assist me, and make me feel like a client.,
