FNB Secure chat is useless.

FNB keeps closing branches and are doing everything in their power to provide their customers with online solutions. The result is very poor service, and no one can assist in branches anymore and all personal service is disappearing. When you then make contact via the secure chat function on the App to ask questions, you are faced with staff that cannot answer the most basic questions or assist in any way.
