FNB secure chat is useless

I reached out to FNB at 4pm today via secure chat, just wanting to know why R24 was deducted from my account. It's now 7pm and the only response I keep getting from them is that so and so agent is attending to my query, or that the agent got disconnected.

This is a new low for FNB and their secure chat is useless.
