FNB secure Chat is ***********

I purchased with my virtual credit card, now a require a refund so the service provider has made a payment of the refund to the virtual credit card. I've been trying to get assistance from fnb secure chat via the fnb app and no one knows what they doing they keep sending me to different departments why so much hassle for that? What's the use of a secure chat when no one can assist.
