FNB secure chat incompetence

So if you are a FNB client you get a feature on the app that says secure chat, after al these years I still do not know the function of this feature. None of the issue I hade ever discussed on the secure chat platform has been resolved, if the persons suppose to help you can not help they just cut you off without giving an explanation.

The person that was suppose to help me this morning a MR Bongani again left and cut me off, I still do not know what the issue is on my account. So FNB if you read this review please stop lying to your client to tell them that you will make things easier by introducing useless platforms just to make you look good. Or else appoint competent persons to work with your clients all of them I have had a chat with is useless and do not understand the business they work in. If sorting out a simple account issue is that difficult rather phone your client and do not chat to them on a useless platform.
