Fnb secure chat ewallet reversal

Contacted fnb secure chat through the app, requesting to cancel an ewallet. It's taken over 24 hours to get a response.

When I eventually got a response, the chat ran on for 5 hours with no luck. Angilo, who is the agent representing fnb was an absolute nightmare to deal with. The response from fnb was either to call a ussd or ***** line in order to have it cancel. I am abroad, meaning I would need to pay for an international call which will last for who knows how long? All this effort to cancel a simple ewallet? No option on app or online banking? With my ABSA account I can easily cancel a cashsend. I wish I could upload th screenshots of the so called secure chat. Maybe I'll still find somewhere on the internet I can do so.
