FNB Secure Chat Consultants are pathetic

I am a longstanding client with FNB, and I am extremely disappointed with the service i received from the secure chat consultants, all I need to do is decrease my credit card limit, I have went through 2 consultants and am now on my 3rd who is also doing nothing

This is ridiculous. Why provide a service if customers can’t be serviced from it. Sort out your staff!
