FNB secure chat

The secure chat is terrible lately, the system automatically picks up words and redirects to different bankers without even giving you the chance to further explain the issue to the current banker, 3 hours later and you still number 400 on the que. No update on the progress or whatsover, am i expected to stay on the line for 3 hours without anyone responding or updating if the que is moving. What a terrible service.
