FNB Secure chat

FNB promotes there FNB app and the secure chat function. They tell you that you have access to experienced and Professionals banking team but that isn't even remotely true.

The people on the secure chat is totally ***********. To add to the pathectiness of this function, it has massive delays in messaging and cuts of chats even if you have been communicating constantly.

This is the biggest **** and false adverti*****t I have seen in a while.

Absolutely pathetic!!!
