FNB Secure Chat

If there was a negative star, I would use that! The Secure Chat is the worst platform for trying to get any information. I am not an FNB account holder, I had a global account which was closed automatically with no notifications (due to no activity which I subsequently learnt) Nonetheless I am now trying to reopen or open a new one. Ive chatted to like 8 agents who have all given me incorrect information! Just the worst customer service ever!
