FNB Secure Chat

FNB's Secure Chat is just horrible, and completely useless. First they take long to answer, then they switch bankers, and the one you finally get is ***********. They don't know how to resolve queries. My experience has just been frustrating. I'm disappointed and upset😡😡😡
