FNB Secure Chat
FNB secure chat is just a waste of time, I requested for my credit card to be downgraded but the consultants kept on transferring from on department to the other. Some consultants even ended the chat without saying anything.
This is the worse service I have ever received.

19 Jun 2024, 14:57My query hasn't been resolve, I have been on the phone with FNB since from this morning. Right now I have been on hold for over 50 min. I have asked to talk to a supervisor/team leader and I was told that a supervisor is not available. The supervisors and consultant they don't care about their clients.
This is the worst service that I have ever received. All the consultant do is to send a request all day and when you do a follow up they tell you that they will escalate. My query has been escalated so many times.
Nkanyiso Mdluli the supervisor called me and he couldn't even assist me. He actually even tried to sell me another product.
I am disappointed in FNB.
