FNB secure chat'.

I had a very frustrating experience with the 'FNB secure chat'. it is a useless service. They exhausted me from one consultant to another and back and forth without any proper advise. I wanted assistance on how to verify payment as my phone screen is broken and I have urgent monthly payments. FNB could do much better really.
