FNB - SECOND TIME STILL UNLUCKY

Good day, I opened my fnb account and received my card via takealot courier. The driver assured me he did not need my fica documents. I transferred money into the FNB account as I intended to move my banking to FNB. I then tried to register for the app and couldnt do so. I followed up as I was not able to use the fnb app and informed that there is a hold on my account due to no documents. I sent through my documents on Monday 23 November 2020 and received confirmation that it was received. . It is now 26 November 2020 and I have not heard anything. I have been calling day in and day out on 4 different numbers but no success. After being on the phone for more than 25 minutes this morning I am told only now that I have to get my documents certified. The whole reason I opened up with fnb was because I was told everything can be done online, only to be informed that I have to go to the police station to have my papers certified. This is ridiculous to say the least. This is the second time that I have been so disappointed with FNB. Please refund me my money and rather never advertise anything to me again. Your service is pathetic to say the least.
