FNB Sea Point has to have another system!

Queuing times are actually disrespectful. My ticket says estimated time to wait- 16 minutes. It’s now 30 minutes with no sign of card collections moving. At Standard Bank I picked up a new card in minutes. One hour waits at FNB Sea Point are standard. You should have a dedicated card collections desk or staff up. But this is really not fair.
