FNB Scratch & Dent

FNB Scratch & Dent is not what they say they are!!! I submitted my claim accordingly with pictures for 3 tyre rims being damaged. They came back with a quote of more than R6k for 2 rims from TigerWheel & Tyre. They rejected it saying it’s above my limit of R3000. I got a quote from PointS for R3000 for 4 tyre rims!!! They said the quote is suspected for manipulation, was rejected and I was told to find another quote. I told them, their manipulation is speculative and I had negotiated a discount from R3800. They said they would review my claim again. Today they say I’m only covered for scratches and not any other damages. DO NOT, DO NOT, DO NOT USE TIGER WHEEL & TYRE AND FNB SCRATCH & DENT!
