FNB Scratch and Dent cover not worth it

Dent and scratches cover is just a joke, claimed for a small scratch, they asked for pictures and I was informed they received a quote for R15 640.59 as opposed to the R3000 that I’m covered for, just from assessing pics I took, not assessor was sent to physically assess the vehicle. Pure ******* from such a big organisation. Would not advise anyone to take up this cover, rather pay out of pocket.
