Fnb scratch and dent cover

I claimed for scratches on my car on the 18th of June 2021,will no follow up and delays in the process. I eventually got through to a lady who told me the quote they got is for R3800 above the policy amount, I agreed to look for another quote within the policy amount which they also agreed to. 2 weeks ago I sent them the quote, still no feedback. And then I called to follow up and they said they are currently overwhelmed but will attach the quote to the policy. And today they told me they can not accept the new quote that is within the policy amount because it's not from a workshop they approve of. Don't do business with them it's not worth the hassle and they will not repair your car.
