FNB Scratch and Dent

In a moment of poor judgement I signed up for the Scratch and Dent policy offered by FNB. I've tried on a few occasion to cancel this policy unsuccessfully and recently also tried to submit a claim. I only got an acknowledgement that the claim was received but no follow up two weeks later.

How can companies like this are still operating under the banner on FNB is beyond logic.
