FNB Scottburgh worse customer services ever!!!

My dad used the atm at the mall and was treated with utter disrespect. This specific employee doesn't know how to treat customers. And surely doesn't understand that customers make up yours business. The female employee even had the audacity to say" I'm doing you a favour by assisting you". HER ATTITUDE STINKS. NO APOLOGY AND THE CHERRY ON THE CAKE SHE DEFENDS HERSELF. WITH PEOPLE STANDING AROUND AND she SPEAKS SO LOUD!! Does she even know anything about brand loyalty?. I was supposed to change all my accounts to FNB but your behaivour was a game changer!! I would rather tell her I'm doing her a favour by having my money at the FNB. Please Please FNB please send all your Scottburgh Staff for training. I didn't know that they are taught to move from one customer to another, without helping my dad with his query. He kept asking for assistance without any success. My advise is don't go from one customer to another without seeing the first customer to finality. Poor services!!! SORRY BUT THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE!!
