FNB Scan to Pay Competition

I was notified on the FNB app that I had won the FNB Scan to Pay competition and that R3500 would be deposited into my account within 31 days. That was on the 19th of November. I accepted all the T&C's on the app and have screenshots.

I have spoken to the Private Banking suite on the 5th of Jan, and they only advised that because of all the holidays that payment might be delayed.

I contacted them again on the 9th of Jan to escalate, and same response. After a lot of back and forth, they then decided to escalate.

Still haven't heard anything back.
