FNB - ********s Pathetic!

FNB does not even deserve a review!!! I've been shifted from pillar to post with their call centre after holding the line for more than 2 HOURS!!! Once you get to speak to a call center agent and he does not feel like assisting you, they simply drop the call!!! Pathetic!

A ********** Loan has been taken out on my name with FNB, and some how they aren't even able to assist with information regarding the transaction. Yet they are very quick to record non-payment that negatively impacts my credit score...

I can not believe this is the type of service that FNB gives customers.. You should be ashamed!

I will never do business with FNB!
