FNB ****S PEOPLE

FNB is pathetic. I had a credit card with them few years back and I had paid it off and closed it. now I have an outstanding amount showing on my credit profile that I owe you money. I mean *** is this. I tried calling the legal department for hours now they telling me they cant assist me their systems are down. I am not happy with FNB I would like to cancel all my accounts and business accounts with you guys. I have already opened new accounts with standard bank so please get someone to contact me so you can explain to me what I owe you.
