FNB ****s other banks clients

Im disappointed on FNB's attitude, I always thought its the best bank, but after this issue now I doubt. I paid R30 000-00 into one of their clients from my Standard bank account, and after discovering some dodge behavior I immediately phoned them and the consultant was so friendly and assured me I will get my money I must just contact my bank and there will lead me throughout on how to get it reversed. I exactly did that and my bank advised after contacting FNB while I was on hold that yes the money will be reversed as per my request all I had to do was to get an affidavit stating my case. After 4 days I sent the affidavit my bank comes with an issue with FNB saying their client is loyal and If I want my money reversed I must go to court. Does this warrant a court order guys or its just abuse of already congested courts! I feel thus being arrogant and looking for some stupid reasons to protect ********** clients.
