Fnb ****s

On the 20th March 2021 I withdrew money from fnb atm machine in Sasol garage Portchefstroom road. I withdrew R3300 however the atm gave me R2550 of which 1800 was in 200 and the rest in 50. I guess the 50 were packed in 100 slots I went straight to the brach in trade route mall spoke to the lady by the name of Thoko. I never got a follow up from fnb today on the 30 I went to trade Route fnb branch to make a follow up. I was told by Thoko that fnb is not going to refund me cause according to their records I withdrew the money and I should go to the garage and ask for a video footage. Video footage for what cause yes the receipt says I got R3300 however that is not the money I received. People becareful when dealing with fnb I'm really disappointed and looking forward to taking my business somewhere.
