Fnb offers clients relief and an extention to they dont comunicate to say it was not approved yet debt orders not activated from fnb i enquierd iv been fighting this since july when you call either no answer or they email somebody then you never hear from them. Now i have been handed over to debt collecters after iv made payment arrangemnts even though this is a fault on their end. Today i get notified there is a sumons for collection of the arears but when you enquier nobody gets back to me nobody wants to help me!! Now i have a bad name because some body did not do their job and FNB would rather blame a client thats NEVER missed a payment and FNB has now dragged my name through the mud and tarnished my credit record!!!
