FNB ****s

Fnb is turning into a true dissapointment, I had purchases that went off on my account that amout to around R3000. I was told a ********** case was opened on my behalf n I will get a call from them within 3 to 10 working days. Its been 3 weeks now n still nothing. What hurts most is that I have been loyal to FNB for more than 10years. I have even resorted to changing banks so that my salary stays intact.
