FNB ****s

I have been going through BS over a couple of month now via declined foreign T 457 8.50 deduction. Once I noticed this is what's happening I called FNB to report the ****, as the results I had my card canceled so I went by few month without a card, I made a new card weeks ago and already is happening again. This has been stressing me. I don't know what sort of action other than changing banks can I think of.
