FNB ******** PEOPLE WITH COVID-19 relief

I had app**** for the FNB COVID-19 relief fund and it was approved. On 19 June an amount R 5192 was approved and credited into my cheque account as 3 separate amounts, 1 of the being an amount of R 3723.20. On 21 July the amount of R 3723.20 was then debited. The loan amount was not adjusted to show the amount of R3723.20, it still shows I owe R5192 and now an additional R3723.20 sits as a negative on my cheque account. I have been retrenched and this is the last thing I need for a bank I’ve been banking with for so long.
