FNB ******** people

My NPO account was frozen with no warning or any communication, after countless times calling trying to find out why I was told there is no reason on the system. I asked them to release the funds and they still didn’t do it it’s been 3 months now, the NPO hasn’t paid rent and is being evicted . Yet FNB keeps taking money out the account while the account is frozen doing nothing. Families who benefit are currently suffering . I tried calling again this week and emailing only to be told the person who froze the account doesn’t work there anymore
