FNB ******** me with R180 items paid insf charge

I have a FNB aspire account. I woke up today with a items paid insufficient charge of R180 yet I literally did not use this card. I checked the pricing, it stands for a non honoured payment. I MADE NO SUCH PAYMENT! NO SUCH PAYMENT WAS PENDING.

This pushed my account into negative. I have savings I need to transfer to the main account. How must I do that with this negative balance. Reverse this charge or I’m leaving this bank.
