Fnb ******** loan takers

I have paid off my fnb loan but fnb still deducts R500 from my account every month.and they also deduct amounts that I don't know off.every time I call them they reffer me to a branch,at the branch they reffer me to the call center.i was also referred to the app which I really don't understand. And I'm not the only one fnb is doing this to.my other co workers are complaining about the same thing. We are thinking of moving our accounts to nedbank as they are not ******** loan takers.please don't take a nedbank load if ur salary gets paid into their bank.
