FNB ******** clients!!

SHOCKING SERVICE!!! I've been trying to close my cheque account from 1 October due to ridiculously high charges. I've been sent from pillar to pillar without any resolution. Up to today 24th October the account is still open!! I think the bank is ******** the clients by intentionally delaying the process so they can charge more fees for the month. It's ridiculous how they keep changing my reference number on the basis that they are escalating and keep adding additional waiting period!!! What kind of a bank does this!!!!@
