FNB ******** and Negligence

Fnb is ******** people If you have a R100 in your bank and you purchase something for R40 they reserve that money and you will have R60 left after a few day you will find they debited that R40 again from the R60. What then happened to the amount that was reserved and moved from my account where the hell did it disappear to had R948 the boom I have R580 left they told me that had stuff that was on reserved but the amounts of the stuff reserved was deducted clearly this is ****. The took R418 of mine and I want it back

2nd inquiry is that in dec logged card dispute transactions on the app still no response even today logged via email nothing REF *** JUMBO LIQUOR- R845- 28 DEC FIFS ENTERPRISE- R520- 30 DEC GOOGLE FAMILY LOCATOR- R394.99- 04 Jan VILLAGE LIQUOR- R1537- 31 DEC This is a total of R3296.99

On the 29 Dec guy from complaints on fnb life called me about debit order date changed apparent the was a delay on the process and he said he will ask care to refund all the charges that went off even today have not gotten a damn response from Care or Life REF ***

Care *** Ref *** case *** Still waiting for response even today since August on this case fnb hasn’t even bother to respond nor attend this matter

Clearly FNB not bothered because it is not their damn money that is going missing here

I lost almost R16K and fnb is to a Flippen sh** about it.
