Fnb ******** COVID-19 loan

I took out a COVID-19 loan against my debit orders. Guess what they are bouncing. Why is this happening. Also on the fnb app I send a message through secure chat, it says I’m 570 in queue. Later on I login and I can see they read the message but no response. So what must I do sit in front of the app the whole day to have one or two questions answered? All the idiots had to do was reply. Obviously the staff are not committed to their jobs! So this morning my medical aid bounced. Why did you (fnb) day it covers debit orders when they clearly are not covering **** all. If I get hospitalized will fnb cover me? Please get one of your clueless idiots to call me back and sort it his out immediately!
