Fnb ********

Dishonest and false adverti*****ts .On the 12th November 2019 was sent an Fnb promotional message that I do qualify & if I switch to fnb with a deposit of R16500 or more with a minimum of 3 debit orders ...they will give out R2000 as an assistance to het by.Later that day I rep**** yes to the SMS & was immediately called by an agent to assist with opening the account.All process went swiftly and was supposed to be couried the Cheque card within 3 days...A courier service called me when I was in Kemptonpark due to work...Yes I gave my Middleburg adress & I tried to arrange for the other day but that was in vain until I decided to call in and arrange for a pick up at the Wonderpark branch on December 2019.Long story short:- my salary and 04 debit order was successful on January 2020...I called in on the 04th 0r 05th og Feb 2020 to make a follow up regarding the R2000 and a lady consultant gave me a possitive outcome that I qualified and should receive the money in my account month end of February 2020.As if that will be true...I Was the one who called in again to make follow ups and was referred from one department to the other while being told that my case has been escalated to the mangers .Last week Friday was called to be informed that I dont qualify and won't be getting the R2000.I am not satisfied and I feel cheated ...I should jave remained with Standard bank whereI was valued as I client.I am going to close the account at Fnb and so is every member of my family and colleagues.
