Fnb ******** and doggy tactics

At some point you just have to refer matters to the ombudsman, FNB useless ******** institution have till dates stalled and app**** ***** tactics to avoid closing my account I no longer wish to do business with these ******** and I don’t owe them S#&&& why are they not doing what I asked I don’t know what a useless bank I will never ever do any business with these doggy institution.
